Matt said we should have the carpets done annually and that the high soil areas should be done again in the warmer summer months ahead.<br>They came out pristine, clean everywhere, even where I make a mess in the family room eating in front of the TV. I know from experience that highly soiled areas and spots can come back, but right now they are super clean.<br>He was completely done in about 1 hour. Unlike other carpet cleaners I've hired over the years there was no smell whatsoever. I don't know how long it has been since we last had them cleaned. The price was more than I recall other carpet cleaners charged, but the results were certainly worth it. You get what you pay for.”
