Kyle called ahead of time to give a heads up on his approximate arrival time. Upon arrival, he instroduced himself, confirmed the work order. He then asked to see the areas of concern, then made a strategic plan to attack the work. He was very professional, informed me that 2 separate charges, for the work. Upon completion, asked me to review his work, asked if I had any questions. He then elaborated about other service options for future projects.
