There's no words to describe how pleased we are with our experience with Karlo and his team! He is very commendable, meticulous, easy to talk to with any concerns we have after the water/leak damage in our house and very are very professional. Karlo's team exceeded our expectations, the level of organization and experience was amazing and they were able to finish the project in time.I recommend everyone to Rainbow International of Cerritos, they are very reliable!

Karlo and Ramel are absolute class acts. The recent storms caused a major leak in my bathroom and I called rainbow and they came out within the day. They tarped the roof, gutted the stucco, and removed all of the moisture that got in the bathroom. They took no shortcuts and made sure my home was properly dried out. Not only that, but they helped me by correspond with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They came out multiple times to temporarily remove the tarp when the insurance inspectors wanted to take a look. Each time, they were punctual and professional. If you ever find yourself in a situation, like a flood or any plumbing disaster, feel free to contact rainbow restoration company when I called them they were quick to respond. Karlo came out and took care of what I needed immediately I wanna highly recommend Karlo he was always there when I needed him specially when it came down to the remodel of my home or any questions that I needed regarding anything that was going on in my house he was always there quick to respond, so feel free to contact Karlo hes the number one.
