Zach could have left it at that, but he did a service to our furnace too and made sure it was running safe and up to date. So glad we called him!“

“My AC condensor pump went out in the middle of a head wave. Kevin and Marty were quick to respond to my house call during what is likely their busiest time of year. After doing a bit of troubleshooting, which they let me watch, Kevin came to the conclusion that it would be better to replace the system instead of dumping thousands into a system built in the early 90s. Kevin was very transparent through the entire process and were always on time. Both Kevin and Marty were great and didn't make me feel like a moron for asking them to take off their shoes when inside (they used shoe covers and a floor mat). Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the HVAC replacement and couldn't recommend Kevin and his team more than enough. Great work guys!“

“Water heater was leaking from inside yesterday morning (Sunday). We called ABT because of Auburn's Best of the Best, and they sent out very friendly and very competent Junior Martinez. Our water heater was replaced by midday Monday, and the work looks perfect. He left a clean worksite, and our problem is gone. 2 weeks later, and electrician Kenny Haycraft replaced some suspect breakers and solved our electrical issues easily - it's good to have ABT as such a handy resource.“

“Im giving them 4 stars because the staff that I COULD get a hold of and interact with were very nice. Im writing this in hopes that the owner sees this and gets some help for their team. It seems to me that they are over tasked and understaffed.
I called to have an estimate done on a project for my small business. It took them a week to get back to me. Then another 4 days to come out and look at what I needed done. 7 days later, I called to find out where my estimate was, they had not even gotten to it. I ended up going to another company. A shame because I want to stay local as much as possible. If you have more jobs than people, please find some help. Or refer new callers to another local business. I am now almost 3 weeks behind a project that is now work stoppage for my small business. Very frustrating. I am a family owned business, so I understand that it can be difficult, but communication and timely followup are essential to good customer service.“

“I called at 7pm on the hottest day of the year because my A/C went out. Anthony came out within 2 hours and fixed my unit with a simple startup cap replacement. He knew right away what it needed by my description and we were back in business. He's prompt, professional and responsive.
