My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest week of the year. Fortunately Zach was able to schedule me for an appointment right away, even though he was busy and most HVAC places had an extremely long wait.Zach showed up on time, he was very professional and helpful. He wrapped up everything quickly and the repair cost was very reasonable, and it cost much less than I was anticipating.It was a great experience and I'll be sure to contact Zach first if I have any other HVAC needs.

A friend recommended Zac's for our malfunctioning AC unit here in Auburn. Lots of technicians around but it's always a challenge finding the best one. Luckily for us we did. I called and left Zach a message explaining our situation and asked for his help as soon as possible since we had my wife's 91 year old mother living with us. 100 degree heat is hard on us all but especially Super Seniors. Fortunately, for us he was able to fit us into his busy schedule and came right over. I also asked him about his Covid-19 protocols.
