I used Wayne with Northern Air 23 years ago to install HVAC in our "new" home. The system has served us for all those years and now it's time to replace it. I realize that now the laws have changed and newer types of materials and chemicals are used, I called and wanted to talk to Wayne about installing the new system. My mistake was calling on the hottest day of the year because the office help was rude, put me on hold, and never got back to me.I just want to use Wayne who I trust to do the job, and not someone I do not know.

Very professional workers had to come out to my house a few different times to make the problem correct. Great communication amazing customer service. I probably called the office a hundred times trying to discuss problems and basically being a pain. The lady in the office was amazing every time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed to replace out HVAC system in our attic and Northern Air was recommended by a trusted contractor friend of ours. We still got additional bids, but Northern Air beat them all and offered a very affordable high-efficiency system option which we chose. They delivered when they said they would, the technician was very professional and thorough, and we were 100% satisfied with the entire experience. We would highly recommend checking with them next time you need HVAC system replacement.
