“Brad arrived to give us an estimate. He took considerable time looking at our old units and when finished handed the paperwork to us, then and there. My husband and I looked at it, looked at each other, and without hesitation accepted All Phase’s offer for two new furnaces and two AC units. The installation crew arrived in approximately one week. The technicians took great care while working in our home and were respectful at all times. Not to mention friendly, considerate and obviously very competent at their job.My husband is an engineer, machinist and lifelong do-it- yourselfer. He built his own home, from bottom to top, before I met him. This is the first time he hired someone else to do the job. We both were very impressed by the quality of the workmanship. They could have used some of the old sheet metal and insulation, but decided to replace it all. The final result was excellent, and beautiful, I might add! One of the old furnaces had failed during cold weather and we were concerned being without heat for an extended time. But, they got the job done very quickly. The new installation was completed in 2 ½ days.We would like to thank Brad, Craig, Tristan, Chuck and the office staff for their support - their paperwork was spontaneous, and, we had our final inspection signed-off a day or two after the job was completed. “I had a great experience w/GVAC! Started with the office staff, who are phenomenal. Then Ryan came out to inspect a 30+ year-old system and provide options for replacement. Bob spent a ton of time explaining everything I could ever want to know about heating and air conditioning, to inform my decision. When I finally did decide on a packaged unit, they were super quick to schedule installation and complete the work. “Stopped by shop a couple times trying to get parts and free advice - they were extremely helpful and patient trying to locate parts for a 30 year old furnace. After replacing all the parts I guessed might fix it and didn't - gave up and requested service. Tech arrived this morning and methodically went through the system and finally found the problem and replaced a part and explained what it does and why system failed. Armando is a true expert in his field and has excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend this local company!“

“I used Wayne with Northern Air 23 years ago to install HVAC in our "new" home. The system has served us for all those years and now it's time to replace it. I realize that now the laws have changed and newer types of materials and chemicals are used, I called and wanted to talk to Wayne about installing the new system. My mistake was calling on the hottest day of the year because the office help was rude, put me on hold, and never got back to me.I just want to use Wayne who I trust to do the job, and not someone I do not know.“
