Despite their obvious efforts, the sectionals didn’t quite show the improvement we were hoping for at first. When I communicated that to Oscar, he not only came back to give them an incredibly thorough second-cleaning, but also thanked me for alerting him, since it can be hard to see the final result when the upholstery is still wet. “Bravo! The technician (forgive me for not remembering his name) was wonderful. He was very patient as I had a couple of services taking place at the same time.

My rug and draperies came out good, considering I have 2 Yorkies that have all but destroyed them with their small bodies. He applied stain remover and the results were satisfactory, much better than pre-treatment/cleaning. I was happy that discounts were applied and there was no hard pressure up-sale for services.

I definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer as needed.
