Amazing service from Janssen's yet again! We have been customers for over 30+ years and we highly recommend this company!!Sarah was able to get us on the calendar quickly and Ted and Ozzie showed up on time and did an amazing job! They explain everything they are doing, take care to ensure corners are protected, leave you with spot cleaner and booties, and much more.Thank you to the entire family and their employees - you are awesome!!

We've just had three heavily trafficked rugs cleaned by Janssen's and couldn't be happier. Their service reps were great, showed up on time both for pick up and delivery, and did a wonderful job on the rugs for a price significantly lower than Bobcat. They were unfailingly polite and good humored, even when lifting sofas and beds, and when the inevitable stains and soil again reach a point where it's embarrassing to have people over we'll be calling again.

I've been using Janssens for years. I raised 3 kids with very light carpet (what was I thinking)? They always came through for me. They are true professionals and always go the extra mile. Area rugs, wall to wall, upholstery and even repairs. They have done it all. I couldn't be happier with their services. Nice people answering the phones too! Would definitely (and have) recommended them over the years.
