    Armen was amazing! From the first moment I met him he took care of me and addressed my needs! I had a 45-year old family heirloom tapestry that was tattered and unraveling! He repaired it and framed it to perfection! Working with him was so easy and we had open communication where he sets up the expectations for time and quality of work. Highly recommend his shop and Armen himself if you have a tailored request for rugs and wall art.

    Arman and Bijan Top Rugs HOOKED IT UP when restoring my boss' Brian Clarke Rug. They not only gave a very fair price, but did an excellent job paying attention to detail and preserving the intricate patterning on the rug while also completely eliminating any stains and maintaining a very deep and even color. Absolutely stellar job.

Bijan Top Rugs provided superior service, restoring the rugs to their original color through a careful, professional cleaning process. We are a specialty store in the ancient world of Persian Tableau's & Rug's. We have the most unique collection of fine handmade rugs. If you don't find what you like, we can custom order it for you. Over 30 years of combined family experience will allow me to help you find the perfect rug and antique for your household or as a gift for a loved one. We professionally hand clean your oriental rugs. This is particularly important with older rugs that need special care. First, we beat the back of the rug until we are satisfied that we have extracted as much of the built in dirt as possible. Next, we wash with soap and water the back and then the front of the rug. Finally, we vacuum the soap from the rug and let it air dry naturally.
