Alfredo of Norbert's Rug Gallery made sure that our rug-buying experience was perfection from start to finish. He and his team showed us a wide selection of rugs in the size we needed, then brought our favorites to our home so that we could see how they would look. The rug we chose is spectacular and brings together everything in the living room! The rug really is a work of art (approved by our architect who grew up in Tehran) and Alfredo's vast knowledge helped us appreciate it. Alfredo's customer care is so far above and beyond expectations that it deserves special mention. Really expert. Looked at my rug and knew exactly where I'd gotten it from. Did professional cleaning, rug looked great. Very good value compared to the price quotes I got from other shops.

Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and clearly is extremely passionate about the care, history, and preservation of rugs. Very, very fairly priced and excellent service. A true gem!
