The technician called and let me know when to expect him within the scheduled work window. He completely explained the issues with our pet stains, as well as pricing with me. He did a fantastic job on our spiral staircase, 2 bedrooms and a family room.
They are super professional and do an amazing job. I used them back in september and called them back again to remove stains from my puppy before i had guests for the holidays. They are always nice and on time and super understanding when i was running late for my appointment. The technician was my technician both times and he is awesome. I will always call on this company for all my needs. And of course i will request the same technician.
Excellent couch cleaning and carpet cleaning service. The crew was professional, on time, and very thorough. My couch looks fresh and smells clean, and the carpets look noticeably brighter with stains removed that i thought were permanent. They explained the process clearly and used safe products, which i really appreciated. If you are looking for reliable couch or carpet cleaning, i highly recommend this company.
