I tried to reach out to local Castro Valley plumbers, but those who answered the phone were booked for week ahead. Fito was just next door in Hayward and picked up the phone around 8pm. Since we are renters, he requested to speak to the owner, and after talking to them he scheduled his crew for next day morning. His team showed up on Saturday morning on time. Water heater was over 20 years old and was not repairable. They covered the floor around the work area and proceeded with replacement. Keith answered promptly when I called the main number today and we set up an appointment to have a problem with our tankless water heater. This post is mainly to state that the business is open and the reports of it being closed are incorrect. I will update the review after the service appointment. Keith did service our Navien tankless in 2015 and I found him to be professional and did qualify work. I wouldn't have called him back otherwise.“

“I rent a unit in a commercial space in Hayward. PG&E shut down our gas line due to a leak. I called the Plumbing Guys for a quote to evaluate the situation and for repairs. The commercial space is very old and it took a wizard to figure out basic information about our line. The plumber had a genius idea to bypass the old line and set up a more direct path to our heating unit on the roof. They sent us a very reasonable quote right away and are are in the process of applying for permits from the city of Hayward. They are very flexible in working with our business schedule.
