“I have had furnace and AC maintenance done by Bell Brothers/ABC since they installed my 7 year old furnace and 29 year old Trane air conditioner. I have have had zero equipment breakdowns. I have added a few parts as recommended. They are so thorough and professional, inspecting all parts of the systems so there are No Surprises! I received the appointment information the day before, day of, just before, and follow- up text and receipt e-mail/ report with photos. They are always available and friendly, as was Ruben, my technician. He sanitized his truck, tablet where I signed, wore a booties, and social distanced. He checked everything, including accessible ductwork in the attic, took parts out to check as needed, vacuumed and washed the old condenser as if I had just bought it. I especially like that there was no pressure for me to replace it until I am ready. It still runs and cools well enough for me so far.. When that time comes, rest assured my new air conditioner will be purchased from and installed by Bell Brothers.“

“Response time =Excellent. Joe performed an inspection of our old toilet and made a cogent recommendation. He clearly explained our options and pricing of the toilet plus possible warranties. We were leaving on vacation the next day (9/3/2025) and didn’t want another toilet flood. Earlier this summer we had one while we were on vacation. Ended a working toilet. The one replaced was 12 years old and almost overflowed after a flush in the morning. Turned off the water to the toilet before it did. Tried plunging with partial success and decided to call in a plumber. Genteel had good YELP ratings and looked to be in the neighborhood on Irving Street . Though we found out later that may have been an old address. No matter.
The handoff from Joe to Daniel, who performed the install, was seamless. Both were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Both were good active listeners and answered our questions well. If we have a plumbing issues, I would NOT HESITATE to call Genteel. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. One other thing that struck me was how good the virtual assistant was. I’ m getting close to the “get off my lawn” stage ( @ 67 years old) in life. To date I have not been a fan of virtual assistants whatsoever. Whatever technology Genteel invested in, it is head and shoulders above any other virtual assistant I have dealt with. I didn’t have to scream “CUSTOMER SERVICE” into the phone several times to talk to a person and not a robot. Very human like. And GOOD INCLUDING FOLLOWUP. As a self identifying neo-Luddite, I was impressed.“
