His worker Max initially came out and did a thorough job troubleshooting and made recommendations. We ended up needing a bit more work done, and Mike was able to come out relatively quickly and set us up. Took the time to explain what needed doing and why, and did a test run to prove it was the correct fix. Came well prepared, was courteous the entire time.
