I recently contacted Kyle in regard to a plumbing issue . He was very considerate and timely in getting back to me. I was amazed at how proficient and professional he was in analyzing my issue , offering advice and sound support that I clearly needed. His follow up was very helpful . Usually I find dealing with plumbing issues extremely frustrating but Kyle’s generous feedback, patience , and skill in identifying the critical issues and how best to remediate them was second to none . So happy I was given his name to call !
Excellent service. Second time we have used them. Job was done in a timely manner and on budget.very satisfied with our new bathroom and exterior water supply.....would recommend them to anyone considering needing plumbing done.
We have been doing renovations for the past year. Kyle came along to help us recently with an eroded pipe/water leak. He was by far the most professional tradesman we’ve worked with. He was always on time, hard working, and skilled. The job was done within a few days and he was very honest throughout the process. It’s very hard to find skilled and trustworthy people in Victoria so I couldn’t recommend them more.
