“Griffiths could not have been better. Called on Friday morning about a leaking hot water tank. Spoke to Damon, who said he would call round after a meeting. An hour later he was here to check it out. We needed a new one. At 5:00 pm Damon had installed a new hot water tank and an expansion expansion tank, which is a new municipal requirement.
