You did not protect the sidewalk from damage from the excavator as I was assured you would. I had to remove the clay you overfilled the planter with..approx 15ft L by 3ftW...thus killing 4 to 5 plants in the process.They had extra plywood there at the time.But that would have taken more effort on their part.Your team also decided we should have grass the entire length of that planter even tho they could see thete were and had been no grass before they started.They left the sidewalk covered in mud twice...do they not have hoses with them??I had the scrub the mud they left smeared all over the staircase and exterior walls.Have we recieved compensation. .no!Service: Augering

I called them about frozen pipes and within about an hour the plumber was here. He was polite and helpful and shared information with me. He thawed my pipes, wrapped them with a temperature activated heater and thawed out the water meter. I was very impressed and will call them if I ever need emergency plumbing again. The cost seemed reasonable.

Making an appointment by phone was fairly easy, however the on-line booking option did not work. I was kept informed of when the plumber would arrive. In the event, he arrived early. He was efficient and willing to explain what he was doing. The job was completed quickly and professionally.
