I had my tankless water heater serviced (cleaned) today. Jason was on time, very efficient, friendly, and thorough! He identified some code issues the original plumber (different plumbing company) made when it was installed years ago. He made some suggestions of things to watch for and consider at a later time. I appreciated the time he took to explain things to me without any pressure to get further work done! He reassured me nothing was urgent! We recently had Good Grade replace our old oil boiler with a high-efficiency gas boiler, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Good Grade was professional and reliable from start to finish. The project manager took the time to answer questions and discuss options. The crew showed up on time, got the work done on schedule, and stayed within the quoted price. They were courteous, respectful of our space, and cleaned up after themselves each day.
