A+ experience from start to finish! Excellent communication, friendly, punctual staff. I had joked with Doug that he didn't fix my broken cabinet door while he was working under the sink. The next time he came my cupboard door was fixed haha, thanks Doug! In a time where service has taken a back door these guys are really stepping it up. Would 1000% recommend and will use them again. Thanks guys!
Just recently I had a terrible blockage in the "S-Bend" in the back of my toilet. A toy had been accidentally flushed. I watched some YouTube videos and thought I could free it up myself as I am quite handy. After two days... the answer was no. I called Rather Be Plumbing due to their excellent online reviews. Quickly thereafter, a technician arrived. "Doug" was friendly, polite and very confident. A short time later (and for a good price) the job was done. I’ve called on Rather Be Plumbling three times for myself. Every time they’ve been super fast, very professional, and reasonable with their rates. I had a middle of the night emergency and they warned me of the cost right away before I cobfirmed they should come out. I appreciated that. I have recommended them to many people.
