We underwent significant flooding this past winter, and lucky for us, Victoria Drains was available to help. The first day they were at our home, they stayed past dark to get sump pumps in place to help keep us dry through the night. While we waited for drier weather for the major work on our home to begin, the team at Victoria Drains was attentive and responsive any time the pumps needed servicing. They even checked in on us on Christmas Eve to make sure our home was dry for the holidays!

We had the perimeter drains of our 1962 home replaced by Victoria Drains, and could not be more satisfied. From the project proposal and estimate, to the professionalism of the crew, and the attention to detail, we are very happy we decided to go with them. A few items worth mentioning: they found a solution to our drainage that other companies did not think was possible, they left the work site far cleaner than expected at the end of each day and overall, communication about the project with Adam was excellent, and they took care of the special tree permitting process entirely (other companies said we'd have to figure that out for ourselves). We own a rental duplex in Fernwood and have dealt with Victoria Drains for close to 20 years. They have rebuilt perimeter drains and perform inspections/flushing (including sanitary drains) on a regular basis. We appreciate that remedial work can be complicated as the pipes navigate through different surfaces and done piecemeal. This last week on 48 hour notice to accommodate our visit (we live in New Westminster) Victoria Drains rescheduled one of their field team to camera inspect the system.
