Had an outside tap that would not turn off. Austin came and was able to fix the problem effectively and with efficiency,. He replaced the inside valve and replaced the knob on the outside tap. Done quickly and left the site clean and clear. Will requests Austin should I require aid again.
Brent Jansen Plumbing recently did absolutely outstanding work for me! (on a small but very important plumbing job in my old condo). I was lucky that a very experienced BJ Plumber named Joe was able to attend the day after I called (not always possible I know). This was to inspect, reconnect, and double-check bathtub plumbing trim that had been disconnected during water damage tile repairs. Joe provided expert analysis and services, but was also friendly and reassuring (water damage incidents plus having no shower to use is stressful!) I am so grateful to Joe and Brent Jansen Plumbing, for quickly providing these expert services :-)
