Love the energy at this place! I've been to a few spin studios but definitely still a novice and the class I took here was the most fun ever. Thank you to instructor Daniella for being so encouraging and creating an environment where I really wanted to push myself! Definitely will be back

After moving to Vancouver last January, I’ve been trying out every single spin studio in the city to find something similar to my home studio in Ontario. THIS IS IT. The energy is unlike any other spot in Vancouver and the class was so much fun and a great workout. I will 100% become a regular here.

Getting to ride in Daniela’s class is an absolute blessing !!! She is an amazing instructor and I always leave feeling energetic and confident with an amazing work out. The other instructors are equally as awesome. This spin studio is truly different from the rest I’ve tried out
