The depth the team goes to, to match you to the right trainers is also so incredible. I have been working with Russ and Seriki as my trainers for a month now and I am so incredibly happy. Both of them are amazing and so so kind, yet I feel they are so knowledgable and good at what they do and are with me every step of the way.
Being a female it is so hard to find male trainers you feel comfortable with and I am so so happy with Russ and Seriki.
