So I reached out to Innovation, the owner took time to find out what’s my expectations were. Innovation designed a fitness plan that worked with my limitations. The staff are very friendly, helpful, encouraging and show you how to perform the exercises to get the best results. Since being at Innovation, I have lost weight, gained strength and learned how to breathe correctly during the movement for maximum results. They want to see you succeed.
