    I received a very warm welcome as a newcomer to this studio. Lyndsey leads the Friday morning class and was awesome. My experience has been very positive, great space and a great trainer.

    Thank you for allowing me to join 5 classes at Thrive in Ocean Park during the time I came to Ocean Park to look after my Dad. I really enjoyed the classes, the instructors, and the fellow clients. The variety of exercises keeps classes interesting and motivating. I love how targeted each activity is! The instructors are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling again when I am back at my Dad’s. Please send my thanks to all your instructors!

    Joined Thrive a few months ago and absolutely love the place. I train with Teresa and a small group of women and have improved my strength and core. Love the weekly news letter and eating plan and the monthly adventure outing. Last month we did a cold plunge and sauna at a local farm ( incredible afternoon) Highly recommend ❤️
