“Dr Angela and all the staff have been very lovely with my big, nervous, senior pup - kind and thorough and direct - and with myself as well. I appreciated the check in they did after the appointment and I have no hesitation to bring him back next month for a sedated teeth clean.”
“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Taikoo Animal Clinic for the exceptional and loving care they provided to my beloved dog, Argo, a few years ago. Being away from home, Argo was my everything and my sole companion in a foreign country. When he passed away, I was completely heartbroken and was stuck in deep grief for a very long time. It has taken me years to finally gather the strength to write this review.
What touched me the most was receiving a sympathy card from the clinic after Argo’s passing. While it might be a standard procedure for the clinic, as a grieving pet owner, it meant the world to me. Knowing that someone in this foreign place remembered us and cared enough to reach out brought immense comfort during my darkest days.
Every single visit, the staff and doctors treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Thank you all so much for not only your medical expertise but also the genuine warmth you showed to Argo and me. Highly recommended.”
“We have been bringing our pets to this vet for many years now. We are always impressed with the care and concern the entire staff shows our pets. We always recommend this vet to anyone asking.”
