Dr Chaudry is the very best vet I have ever met. His experience guides his practice. He is kind and compassionate and will go out of his way to help. He is accessible late hours and responds quickly to all my concerns at any time of the day.
He helped so much with our pets- we have three and saved their lives with all different needs. You will not find a better vet anywhere. My dog is so sick and he went out of his way to help her. I took her to emergency vet in Vancouver and they did not help and charged a fortune. Dr Chaudry found the issue and treated her. I am so grateful for all his help. He saved her life. Took my 16 year old cat in a for a check up. Now we know what the issue is and a treatment plan is in place to deal with it.

On December 1st, I ordered a case of prescription canned food for my cat at this clinic. The front desk staff told me it would arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks and that I would be notified once it came in.
I waited patiently for an entire month, but received no call or email. When I finally called to follow up, I was informed that my order had never been placed.
Given this situation, I requested a refund, as I could not choose to trust the process again.
Today, I went to the clinic in person with my credit card to complete the refund, only to be told by the same front desk staff that she could not find my receipt and did not know why the order could not be located.
