“First of all I love the Front Desk Staff at Whatcom Vet. Shannon in particular is so warm and welcoming over the phone or in person…she’s a joy to speak with! We live on Lummi Island and I was hoping to get my dog in for a much needed dental cleaning prior to our dry dock or ferry maintenance. Shannon & Dr. Johnson made it happen! Dr. Johnson called me after the procedure and went over how everything went… as my dog had a considerable amount of teeth that had to be removed. She was also very warm and reassuring about how and what to feed my dog….explaining what medication she would be taking and for how long to expect sensitivity with her teeth. My dog is doing great now and her remaining teeth look beautiful! I appreciate all the efforts they went through for us!”
