Dr.Tanveer is patient and thorough, always answering all our questions and never making us feel rushed. All the other staff in the office have always been lovely and helpful as well. “It’s hard to put in words what the team at Ellwood has done for me. But I will try. I had an exotic animal in need of immediate help. I was calling around and nobody could help or wanted to help me. It was a very heartbreaking experience how nobody cared. Ellwood doesn’t even do exotics and they called me back with suggestions and possible solutions. I was not a customer, just some guy calling around desperately. They seen how much I cared and they were the only ones that cared back. They are the only ones that cared that my animal needed help and I couldn’t wait for scheduled upcoming appointment days away.
Their heart is in the right place, and they do what they do for the animals and the people that love them, one would think that is common, but it’s not.
