“We went through an incredibly difficult time with our dog, Callie, who developed fast and aggressive glaucoma and needed two eye removal surgeries. It was one of the scariest experiences we’ve had as pet owners. From start to finish, the team was absolutely amazing. They reassured us every step of the way, took the time to answer our questions, and showed so much patience — not just with us, but with Callie while she was going through so much. Both surgeries went very well, and she has healed beautifully. Most importantly, our big gentle giant is finally out of the constant pain she was living with, and we can’t express how much that means to us. They also showed a lot of understanding and compassion when it came to the financial side of things, which made a hard situation a little more manageable. Brought my kitty back to be put to sleep after she took a turn for the worst and they got me in same day, no waiting upon arriving, very compassionate vet and assistant during a super super hard moment. “Was in there today for my dog to get his check up and some shots. His nails also needed to be cut. The doctor was very good cutting his nails as they’re not easy to cut being that they’re black and I’m somewhat of a wimp thinking that he may draw some blood from the nails that was not the case he did a great job I highly recommend going to this Vet.“
