This is the best vet in Richmond.Lower bills than any other place I’ve been, no one tried to upsell any products/treatments. Highly efficient yet careful service, super friendly staff!I wouldn’t recommend most vets that I’ve been to, but this place is honest and caring and I wouldn’t take my kitten anywhere else.

Excellent staff and vets here.My pet is very difficult, and everyone here goes way out of their way to accommodate him.You really get the feeling that they care here, and they do.Thank you !

I have taken my dog to 2 other vets in 2 years and I did not feel as if the other 2 were up to par as my previous vet in the states was both affordable and caring. I have several friends who go here and recommended Dr. Shaufele and I could not be more happier with the care my pup receives. I recently took him in on a day Dr. Shaufele was not working and my pup saw Dr. O'Keeffe who was as equally caring and patient. Everyone from Josie to Michael and Brittany are wonderful!
