“Never had any issue with their atittude even though this is a very busy place. You need to keep in mind that almost every clinic is understaffed. So calling in multiple times is the new norm.“

After I was told only a phone appointment was available, things changed and Eric ran out to the parking lot to tell me I could see my doctor in person! Eric showed that he cared. All the times I have gone there, Eric is by far the most cheery, warm and professional front desk staff. He always has a welcoming smile and attitude. He is a great asset to this clinic.“

“I was a patient at Foothills medical since I found out I was pregnant (by Dr Heer in August 2020). Dr Heer was the best. I was sad to hear he moved back to Australia (through a walk in appointment and no email/notice) however, understood reasons why as i remembered a past appointment with him sharing that he has family there. (as I am from Australia too). I was very blessed that Dr Montgomery took me and my daughter on and although I have only done phone appointments thus far, I have found him to be very calm, he listens, validates and is always happy to do an in person appointment if needed. I have been very happy with the last few appointments since August and feel it is worth leaving a positive review. I also take little weight into the poor reviews left for doctor’s offices and acknowledge how swarmed the ladies are in the desk. I always make online appointments where possible and call when I have absolutely no choice (can’t wait, need to find something for my daughter with urgency) they do take long to answer but it’s obvious; they are so busy and even when I am in office the phones don’t stop ringing. I always remind myself that they are under immense pressure and to take that little bit of extra time to be respectful and friendly to the staff.“

“My family and I have been seeing Dr Tajeda for a few years now and he is nice and friendly. He’s also been seeing my newborn son and gives us formula every visit. He answers all our questions. The receptionists are great as well! It is hard to book an appointment so I always book in advance along with my follow ups.“

“I have never been to this clinic in person, but I have had many telehealth appointments and I have to mention how grateful I am for Dr. Rebecca Dix who I have had a handful of times. It's so difficult to get ongoing care here even with a family physician (they're all booking weeks out and impossible to get ahold of) and when you have ongoing health issues and tests needing follow up telehealth appointments are usually quite quick and shallow. But anytime I've gotten to speak with Dr. Dix I finally feel listened to and treated like one of her own patients. Drs like this are so rare these days!“

“I came to this clinic for my pregnancy and I am truly very happy with the service that I received. The receptionist is very sweet and would always take the time to greet me! All of the doctors were knowledgeable and friendly. This was for my first pregnancy so I didn’t know what to expect, but all of the doctors did a great job at monitoring my health throughout my second and third trimester and ensured I was aware of what blood work/vaccines I needed. I would highly recommend this clinic!!“
