I had a wonderful experience at the Tri-Cities Public Health Unit in Port Moody. Ms. Carmen administered my daughter's vaccination, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly calm and supportive throughout the entire process, which made my daughter feel at ease. The whole appointment went so smoothly—I can't thank her enough for her care and professionalism!
We had a wonderful experience with Nurse Kelly . She was so kind and sweet to us and extremely patient with our 4 year old son. We had his appointment for immunizations and it went smoothly and I really appreciated her gentle approach because our son is autistic and she made sure we had a stress free experience. I was extremely nervous about it but left feeling happy and well taken care of . Thank you so much Miss. Kelly . You are a shinning star. ❤️❤️❤️
I also really appreciate that our appointment was made for the evening and it was perfect because there was nobody there and it was the perfect low sensory environment we needed for our son.
