Made an telephone appointment to get a change of antibiotics as the one currently prescribed did not work. An hour before the appointment I get an email canceling my appointment. Friday afternoon no time to get in anywhere else.
I was a patient at Foothills medical since I found out I was pregnant (by Dr Heer in August 2020). Dr Heer was the best. I was sad to hear he moved back to Australia (through a walk in appointment and no email/notice) however, understood reasons why as i remembered a past appointment with him sharing that he has family there. (as I am from Australia too). I was very blessed that Dr Montgomery took me and my daughter on and although I have only done phone appointments thus far, I have found him to be very calm, he listens, validates and is always happy to do an in person appointment if needed. Have been going to this clinic for 2 years after my dr retired. While the clinic is busy - due to govt decisions - not Dr decisions - yes there are waits. BUT the staff and Dr’s I have seen have been 10/10. In 2025 - the pressures on Dr are overwhelming and have found they are very accommodating and polite.
