I’m very grateful to the staff at this clinic. I have been a patient since 2018. I was extremely fortunate to have Dr. El Masry as my family Doctor. He is conscientious and knows who I am. It is rare to find a physician who takes the time to review results and keep on top of things at all times. Dr. El Masry is extremely professional and knowledgeable added to which he is respectful. The people at reception have been without fail courteous and helpful.

Doctor called early, but I was able to take the call early. He then gave me a hard time about an allergy to penicillin that runs in my family. I called to get a simple prescription and to ask to have a test for an illness I was exposed to. He seemed hesitant to give me the prescription, but told me to make an appointment at another clinic to get the test, even after I told him I can't go to that clinic for a couple weeks. He then hung up on me before I could ask questions, only 6 minutes into the call. I would not recommend and won't be coming back, would rather just go to ERIn all fairness, I didn't have issues with the receptionist when I was making my appointment....read full review

Look like one of the similar experiences… the reviews makes it so easier to help the people not to be the victims,definitely not a walk in clinic . Should change the name of the clinic rather… and receptionist is even worst. Pretty sure not a good school they have attended or haven’t been trained adequately…..good luck if you have an appointment and it is on time ..
