I have a very complex case of multiple health issues. Regardless, my primary caregiver has gone above and beyond a few times to make sure I get what I really need. All the staff have been kind and compassionate with me ALWAYS. I have been a patient here for more than 7 years.If you are respectful, the team will truly be your best advocate!

I only gave it a two instead of one because the reception were friendly and gave me an appointment for the day after when I phoned them and explained my situation. I had to pay I cash and waited for 1 hr and 50 minutes, which to me is just not acceptable! After the doctor said she can't do anything for me because I was visiting from another province, I received a voice message from the clinic saying they had discussed my situation internally and that I had to do a blood work! Fun fact: I had already told the reception the day before on the phone that my situation will probably need a blood work! I don't ever wanna go back there!

if I could put zero stars I would, I have gone to this clinic many times and have alwasy had a negative experience. every single doctor I have seen has made me feel dismissed and like my concerns we not thar important. as If they just wanted to get through to the next patient. I have to continually push for my concerns to be taken seriously, especially with doctor Dr. Antonious. He is a horrible doctor.
