Most of the clinics are terrible these days, but this is one of worst. Receptionists are always rude. No walk ins anymore. Lots of Doctors and Nurse Practitioner turnover due to poor administration of clinic. My Nurse Practitioner left and no one even bothered to inform me. It's now literally impossible to get a hold of them. You get an automated message and then just get hung up on. Customer service is deplorable. Don't waste your time here.
Restrictive hours. Trying to get ahold of someone here is like playing the slots but the reward is a receptionist who sounds like they dont want to talk to you. I'm real glad I have unlimited calling from my phone because I have to call them at least 20 times to get ahold of anyone there.
Oh and I need the apply for disability tax credit because my partner can't work. And it costs $250. I need to spend a quarter grand to this clinic for their doctors to tell the government our household doesn't make enough money.

She explained to me that she was the doctor I'd seen before at the Walk-In Clinic. However, when I went to see her, she put me with a terrible nurse who kept drinking Red Bull while seeing me. She was indifferent and didn't follow up on my diagnosis. On top of that, I was discriminated against when I complained to the supposed manager. They asked me to send a letter, which was sent, and I was informed that I couldn't return to the Walk-In Clinic because I hadn't liked the nurse's service! Humiliating....read full review
