Patients like me are sometimes very impatiently waiting but after your appointment, believe me, you will leave the clinic happy. The doctors are very good specually my GP. That is why, patients never leave. Just be patient and nice.“

“I have never been to this clinic in person, but I have had many telehealth appointments and I have to mention how grateful I am for Dr. Rebecca Dix who I have had a handful of times. It's so difficult to get ongoing care here even with a family physician (they're all booking weeks out and impossible to get ahold of) and when you have ongoing health issues and tests needing follow up telehealth appointments are usually quite quick and shallow. But anytime I've gotten to speak with Dr. Dix I finally feel listened to and treated like one of her own patients. Drs like this are so rare these days!“

I’ve been recently going to see Dr.Fasihy more often for medical reasons with work. Previously, he has also been awesome at refilling my SSRI and checking in with me to see how I feel on it every time I needed a refill.

Recently, I had to handle some medical stuff in regards to work and I was promptly scheduled in— he was so attentive and caring! He told me when I should come back and that he could help me with my forms. He was also sympathetic and answered all my questions. On my visit back, he gave some caring advice on taking care of myself too like exercising, being out in nature etc. which is refreshing bc it wasn’t all just prescription medication. I felt very heard and supported during this rough time in my life.

He has a very kind and calm bedside manner, from what I’ve seen he’s also lovely with other patients and whenever he calls, his voice is also very professional and kind.

The front desk always calls me back promptly too for appointments.

I’m thankful to have him as my doctor as I’ve been to others in Boston and Los Angeles and they’re either cold or dismissive, unlike Dr.Fasihy who has a the personable, human presence.“

“I had a positive experience overall. The staff were polite, and the building and office were clean and neat. It was not busy, so service was efficient. My only suggestion is to improve the signage and location information, as it took me a while to find the office on my first visit.“
