I have never been to this clinic in person, but I have had many telehealth appointments and I have to mention how grateful I am for Dr. Rebecca Dix who I have had a handful of times. It's so difficult to get ongoing care here even with a family physician (they're all booking weeks out and impossible to get ahold of) and when you have ongoing health issues and tests needing follow up telehealth appointments are usually quite quick and shallow. But anytime I've gotten to speak with Dr. Dix I finally feel listened to and treated like one of her own patients. Drs like this are so rare these days!
Had a great experience at Kwantlen Medical Clinic/Walkin.ca Dr. Rajapaske really listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. He was quick to act and made me feel heard. Very grateful for his help. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
Dr. Minhas saw me in person to help me rule out arthritis. He provided me with some exercises I can do at home to alleviate pain and avoid taking Advil. Clinic seemed clean and not too busy at 1:30pm on a sunny Monday.
