My physiotherapist was John Perone. I had awful pain and limited mobility in my shoulder. He used multiple types of treatment to help relieve the symptoms and also assigned at-home exercises. The shockwave therapy, acupuncture, and deep tissue massage were the most helpful in my opinion.

I was very impressed with the staff at Coquitlam Physio. I had an appointment with a physio therapist who after evaluating me honestly said he was not the right person to help me and referred me to another colleague who was a better fit for my issues and did not charge me for the evaluation. The facility was comprehensive and very inviting, putting you at ease. I definitely intend to have a follow-up.
