I called Trevor at Atmosphere and he put me the calendar for the first available date and then was able to come a whole day earlier. This was all during the coldest weather of the year!
His tech was thorough and certified the furnace as sound. The problem was likely a buildup of ice on the exhaust due to the really cold temperatures.
