Called M&r on morning of when my furnace kicked in and out and wasn’t working properly. House was starting to freeze. Simramjit was here within a couple hours. Needed a part. Was back in 20min and all fixed up within a hour. Great work. Thanks again Simramjeet and M&R!
Mark and Kia were awesome . Timely, polite and fixed everything quickly and diligently.We also just had Lindsey out as our entire heating system went down for 3 days. Whilst we are not overly happy with the daiken product so far Lindsey’s service was exceptional. She totally understood that having no heat in the house and small children was a big issue for us . She sat in the cold for 3 days straight to get us back up and running. Very valuable employee .
We dealt with Hamid for an electric fireplace repair. He was on time, professional, and friendly, and gave us excellent advice. I would highly recommend dealing with Russell and Moore!
