“I visited over 12 places lwith my contractor. He took me to all the “top” spots and the places with the “best deals”. We were looking for a high end engineered hardwood for herringbone design floor. Something not everyone carries or if they do it is limited options and the quality is low, and price is high. Then I stumbled across Leader Flooring remembering my mother had bought vinyl planks here before for an amazing price which had proved to be great quality over time. I came here on my own without my contractor just as a last resort and they had exactly the ONE product I had had my eye on but was having a hard time justifying the price. He was able to get me the exact floor I wanted (same make, model, colour etc) for significantly cheaper!! The other vendor after much negotiation with my Contractor had given us a price which was $.75 cents a foot higher, so we cancelled that and went forward with Leader Flooring saving us around $2k. Abdulla the owner was also very helpful, kind and great to deal with. We will always come here from now on as they have the best selection and truly the best prices.“

“We found Tilesense through simple Google searching for a tile supplier as we were building a new house. This began an almost year-long relationship with Tilesense (not their fault - our builder is very slow). I have only positive things to say about Nitin (our primary contact), Hugh, and Lim. Nitin helped us with virtually every tile decision we had, from choosing, sourcing, ordering, and most importantly for us, last minute extra tile pickups. We went with Tilesense's supplier for flooring as well since we were so happy with them. The customer service and attention from Nitin was some of the best we'd had with all the various suppliers and contractors we worked with over our build process. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest with us. I felt confident that Nitin was always straight with us whenever we had questions, even if we didn't like the answers. Nitin and Lim came through for us for many different things over the course of the project.As our build finally nears completion I can wholeheartedly recommend the Tilesense team for all your tiling and flooring needs. I hope to never have to choose a tile again but if I did, I would pick Tilesense without hesitation. I definitely recommend them - they fully earned these 5 stars.“

“We are so happy we choose Floor Coverings International to do our flooring. They contacted us a couple of days before they arrived an told us how the day would go. They came on time, we were having carpets replaced and they worked very effiently moving the furniture and ripping up the old carpet and underlay. They bagged everything as they went alone. Afterwards they moved all the furniture back. They were very fun guys to work with and our house now looks amazing. Happy us.“

“The owner of Rug and Remnants, Ed, is an amazing guy with a fantastic selection of flooring and carpets with amazing pricing. We used his company a few years back to have some carpet and floors installed. We had an issue with his contractor, Rodney and his crew, that was sent over to us. They installed the carpets flawlessly but ruined the flooring causing us thousands of dollars in repairs. After several tradesmen said "Who did this to your floor?", we wrote a review of our experience with Rodney. It hadn't mattered how long it had been since the floor had been installed, Ed came over immediately to asses the floors and offered to get them fixed. We highly recommended Rug and Remnants for Ed and his kind, knowledgeable and courteous staff but would not recommend Rodney as a contractor“

“A little late posting but I hired Alan to paint our one bedroom condo in the Coquitlam Centre area and I am very satisfied with his and his team’s services. On the first day they arrived, they immediately went straight to work (ie. sanding, painting trim and etc).
