I had a great experience with Concept One Floors and would definitely recommend them. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They did a great job with the flooring, and I’m very happy with the final result.
Thank you for the excellent service! 🙂
I cannot recommend this company enough! Chilwin, Karen, Peter, and the entire team took incredible care of me throughout my carpet installation. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, the team was courteous, attentive, and deeply committed to doing a great job. Plus, the carpet looks absolutely amazing! Thank you all so much.
Highly recommend Concept One!! Karen, Blair, Chillwin and the installer Cezary were absolutely wonderful to interact with. Even the delivery gentlemen were informative. It was a pleasure working you all of you.
