I highly recommend Concept One Floors! They did a meticulous, spotless, and incredibly detail-oriented job on the flooring for my entire unit. The process was seamless from start to finish. I want to give a special shout-out to Blair McLaughlin, who visited in person with several flooring choices and provided expert advice on which products were best suited for my specific condo situation. He handled all the logistics and explanations perfectly. Karen Villanueva was also fantastic—her communication was very fast, and she coordinated everything in a timely manner. I am so glad I had them for this project!

Concept One Flooring did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team comprising of Shubh, Yosef, Oscar, Karen and Sam were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Shubh took the time to explain all of my options, answered every question, and helped me choose the flooring for my space. The installation was smooth, on time, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the space looks amazing. We had Rafael from Concept One Floors lay our kitchen floor after it had been torn out due to water damage. We couldn't be happier with the result. The floor looks fantastic, every piece was fitted around all the ins and outs of our kitchen without any gaps, he took the time to make sure the varying shades of our floor pattern were evenly spread throughout and he was a really nice guy to boot
