“We recently hired MIRA Floors and Interiors to replace the carpet in two bedrooms of our condo in Vancouver and had a great experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was responsive, professional, and very efficient. They were able to schedule the work quickly, arrived on time, and completed the installation faster than expected. The new carpet looks fantastic and the workmanship was excellent. They left the unit clean and were easy to deal with throughout the project. I would definitely recommend MIRA Floors and Interiors to anyone looking for quality flooring work and reliable service.”

“This should be a five-star review but we had some challenges during demolition. I'll start with the good news: this company was chosen after comparing them with four other highly rated firms. We chose them because their communication was excellent and their pricing was competitive and they were more than just a roofing contractor. That's important to us when it comes to flashing and finishing details. The installation itself looks great. They were able to schedule us in quickly and the work was well coordinated even with changes in the weather. The 15 year warranty from City and Country gives us confidence in their workmanship. The owner of the company made the effort to ensure that the work was done to their High standards. The only issue we had was during demolition. I understand that the work had to happen quickly because of upcoming rain. Although there was a bin near to the roof for the waste material the workers were throwing debris all over the place. I now know that this is not their practice but unfortunately this is what happened for us. It was a lot of work for City and Country to send people to the house to do the cleanup. In the end the cleanup was done to our satisfaction but it did take a long time to find all the bits and pieces. The downside for us was that it wasn't really safe to walk around the house for over a week. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the work. We recommend that you be clear that waste material be thrown into the bin and not around the house. In the end, we would hire them again for any exterior work on our home. We plan to do maintenance with them as well. They are an excellent company to work with.”
