“Surrey Handyman ( Hardip) has done several jobs for me including a total bathroom renovation. He uses excellent quality materials, is efficient, focuses on one job, gets that job done quickly and to the clients satisfaction. (I have had others in the past with lower quality materials and no timeline for completion and I ended up with more trouble than the reduction in cost was worth.) I would highly recommend Hardip.“

“This should be a five-star review but we had some challenges during demolition. I'll start with the good news: this company was chosen after comparing them with four other highly rated firms. We chose them because their communication was excellent and their pricing was competitive and they were more than just a roofing contractor. That's important to us when it comes to flashing and finishing details. The installation itself looks great. They were able to schedule us in quickly and the work was well coordinated even with changes in the weather. The 15 year warranty from City and Country gives us confidence in their workmanship. The owner of the company made the effort to ensure that the work was done to their High standards. The only issue we had was during demolition. I understand that the work had to happen quickly because of upcoming rain. Although there was a bin near to the roof for the waste material the workers were throwing debris all over the place. I now know that this is not their practice but unfortunately this is what happened for us. It was a lot of work for City and Country to send people to the house to do the cleanup. In the end the cleanup was done to our satisfaction but it did take a long time to find all the bits and pieces. The downside for us was that it wasn't really safe to walk around the house for over a week. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the work. We recommend that you be clear that waste material be thrown into the bin and not around the house. In the end, we would hire them again for any exterior work on our home. We plan to do maintenance with them as well. They are an excellent company to work with.“

I ended up getting some 7mm vinyl flooring for the price of what other places were charging for 6mm. This could be due to limited supply but I was more than happy with the deal.
