“*Edit* on March 13, 2024:Shortly after I wrote my review, the company reached out to me with exceptional customer service from Sandra at Exclusive Floors. Sandra visited my unit to inspect the situation, and she was very understanding and offered to see whatever she could do given the current circumstances, which are still subject to further review. I've tentatively upped my review from 1 star to 4 (for now) and I'm pleasantly surprised so far and waiting for further steps to reconcile my flooring issues that I had previously described in my original review below. Once the process is complete and there is follow through on my situation, I'll provide a full customer experience review at that time.Original review:Absolute worst flooring I've ever personally experienced. They were the ones who installed the brand new flooring at 2180 Kelly Avenue Montrose Square, and I bought a unit. After just 12 months I discovered they didn't properly level my flooring and it literally caved at a junction point (see image). The floor also cracks literally everywhere and by the dishwasher it is completely unleveled and cracks at every inch. I contacted the developer and they told me to refer to this place because it's not under warranty anymore. This is by far the worst quality flooring I've ever experienced living in like at least 5 different places.“

“Great big thank you to GG and Maria from Olson Floors. We purchased Hunter Douglas blinds approximately a year and a half ago. They broke twice over that year and a half… When GG heard of this, she went to battle for us! GG and Maria were relentless with Hunter Douglas, until they replaced the entire blind, headers and valance.We have done business with Olson Floors over the years and they have always made sure we were satisfied with the end results. We will continue to support this local family operated business, as they continue to ensure customer satisfaction.“

“This was our first time purchasing tile at this location. Ali on the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. With his patience and assistance, we have some gorgeous tiles that I am ecstatically happy with - I could jump with joy! There was a great selection and, an added bonus was, we had assistance with loading the tile into our vehicle. Prices were reasonable. We would shop here again and definitely recommend this location.“

“After our fiberglass bathtub suffered a four inch crack, I quickly learned that bathtub repair is a specialized service, very similar to auto body repair. Rather than attempt it myself, I found the bathtub doctor. Everything was simple and transparent. They provided a quote quickly, and scheduled a repair within a week of contacting them. Hugo, the technician that came to our apartment was extremely professional and polite, and repaired the crack in just over an hour, with his trolly of tools and products. There was a minimal chemical smell which is to be expected, and our bathroom fan cleared it out by the end of the day. This service is not cheap, but they do a good job and it will prevent needing to replace an entire bathtub so it is worth it.“
