“I recently bought a small condo in North Vancouver which I really liked except for the old carpet. I looked around at several other places but got the most help in complying with the strata by-laws for floor renovation from Lonsdale Flooring. I choose a good-quality Luxury Vinyl Plank to be installed in my living/dining room and two bedrooms, including closets. It was a difficult job as I have lots of (too much!) furniture that needed moving around as the project progressed and a cat that did not enjoy being confined to the bathroom! Also the floors needed leveling with liquid cement. The installer (John) did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier with my new floors. The cost was comparable with another quote I had and I feel the result was well-worth the amount I paid.“
