I would recommend Alair. We had a new deck built and timber frame structure, re and re siding (vinyl to Hardie), and a bunch of smaller things. It was not perfect and took a long time but almost all of that was out of Alair’s control and they handled it all very well. When they made an error, they did not hesitate to take responsibility and address it. I think it was a challenging job - but the final product is excellent.Effective communications from start to finish and a steadfast commitment to understand and deliver what we wanted. After working in several Alair Homes it was an easy choice to hire them when it came time to renovate our kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The design and budget planning process was clear and sensible. Communication with the project manager was prompt and any of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Scheduling was streamlined with very little waiting time.
