We had a leak in the copper pipes in the family room ceiling that when discovered had caused more damage than we could have imagined. Our insurance adjuster and Doug Bates met and assessed the damage and assured me that everything would get fixed ,and look better than before . The tradespeople that did the repairs were exceptional in that they were here when they said, called before they came and worked solid til their part of the job was done. The job required removal of furniture and damaged flooring, plumbing, drywalling, painting, flooring. All the trades were quick , professional and friendly.
