Without intending to, we had occasion to test their problem-solving abilities as well. When we had our balcony replaced, Mark temporarily removed the gutters around it and then put them back up, creating a new custom downspout to cope with an unexpected change in the geometry of the structure. A few weeks later, the summer drought broke and rain came down behind the newly-attached gutter--again a consequence of the new angles of the balcony. Mark came the very same day, figured out how to solve the problem, and did it on the spot. With good humour and without any further charge. I would recommend them any day!“
