“PuroClean responded to our emergency of a water PolyB pipe break very quickly when the insurance company, Family Insurance, called them. Jason Ness and his highly skilled and professional team ‘came to the rescue!’ literally and removed destroyed hardwood floors and walls and rugs affected by the water damage. Dehumidifiers were installed and monitored daily. They were on site here constantly testing for damage and organizing the restoration and repairs step by step. Communication is a key factor for us and Jason and Ronnie, Stuart, Riley ++ and Shelley kept us up to date on what was planned and scheduled, always answering our questions and providing reasons for the ‘why’ it was happening. During this very challenging time we felt we were in good hands and every single person in the PuroClean team was always Cheerful and Professional and Caring! Very important factors in any home restoration/renovation as life is turned upside down!
We didn’t know anything about the defective qualities of PolyB water pipes and found out the hard way and replaced the entire house with new Pex pipes. Family Insurance was very good for us and gave us the option to choose our restoration company and we did research on all options and decided on PuroClean in Nanaimo as the best choice. It was a great fit for us and we are thrilled with our new restored home and all the multitudes of details that had to be repaired!
